The company which has its headquarters in Santa Cruz California has over ten years of experience in its field offering cost effective advanced solutions that help customers access applications from anywhere. According to GraphOn Google is responsible for infringing U.S. Patent Nos. and which protect GraphOn s method of maintaining an automated and network accessible database. The lawsuit was filed in the United Stat! es District Court in the Eastern District of Texas. In the lawsuit GraphOn claims that Google s Base AdWords Blogger Sites and YouTube online services infringe these four patents. The company seeks permanent injunctive relief along with unspecified damages. Aggressively protecting the technology represented in these patent is an important part of maximizing their value to GraphOn Robert Dilworth GraphOn s chief executive officer said in a statement. GraphOn has already filed a large number of copyright infringement lawsuits starting with AutoTrader.com in November and continuing with Juniper August and Classified Ventures LLC IAC InterActiveCorp match.com LLC Yahoo Inc. eHarmony.com and CareerBuilder LLC in March all regarding the above mentioned patents. As we can see GraphOn is very protective when it comes to its patents and the aspect that we all expect to see now is what unspecified damages will mean for Google. GraphOn obtained the patents subsequently to acquiring Ne! twork Engineering Software Inc. NEC in February . The number of patents owned by GraphOn is expected to grow even more in the future as patent applications on file at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office mature into issued patents as Dilworth explained. eFluxMedia Tags Google GraphOn Share the News Del.icio.us Digg Stumble Upon Facebook Newsvine Mixx Other News in Technology Google s Limited Release of the Android SDK Makes Developers Unhappy It looks like it is the first time when Google makes a decision that makes independent developers angry but it comes in a moment when the company needs their support more than ever. Going raw San Francisco Gate

Having a dog with skin allergies and finicky food preferences has often made me wonder if switching to a raw food diet would help alleviate some of Lorna Doone s itchiness. My ex and I currently feed her Solid Gold dry dog food which is supposed to be pretty good stuff plus she actually seems to like it. But for me the raw food question remains. Would The Doone be healthier Happier Live longer Be less itchy Reported benefits of a raw food diet for our pets include Fewer allergies or controlled allergy symptoms Glossy coat healthy skin and less shedding Smaller firmer stools Healthy teeth and gums for better breath Increased energy and vitality Between and North American sales of raw pet foods defined as containing fresh vegetables and fruits as well as meat and bones grew percent reaching million this past year. Proponents of raw food diets for pets including the Nature s Variety Raw Diet claim that they provide nutrition the way that nature intended and that a diet of raw m! eat bone and fat reflects what our pets would eat in their natural habitats. This all sounds great except for the fact that cats and dogs have been living alongside humans as domesticated animals for thousands of years. The natural habitat of a typical house cat is in our living room and a poodle left alone in a forest would probably die in about four hours. I m exaggerating of course but you get my meaning. Do any of you subscribe to a raw food program for your pets or some kind of rotation diet that includes kibble canned and raw formulas Why or why not What are the pros and cons If yes have you noticed a significant improvement in your pet s overall health What brands do you favor Posted By Amelia Glynn Email August at PM Listed Under Health and Safety Comments Post Comment Comments I have three Corgis that eat a raw diet of meat bones vegetables and occasional fruits. I have been making their food for over three years. My vets have told me that this diet is optimal. Whe! n you hear strong opinions against a raw diet you have to wonder what is swaying that decision. Ask any veterinarian who taught them about nutrition and they will tell you it s usually a pet food rep giving them information. If there s money involved do you really think they re getting unbiased information Zookeepers don t feed their big cats and wolves kibble that s for sure. The reason you smell that sour odor when you open up a bag of dry food is because it s full of rancid fats. Not good at all. What IS good is seeing the plaque on your dogs teeth disappear within a few days instead of putting them under anesthesia for a dental cleaning. What IS good is seeing chronic gas and colitis disappear when the prescribed medication doesn t cure it. What IS good is having dogs with thick shiny coats strong clean teeth fresh breath very regular stools that are smaller. They are all at healthy weights which is very important for lowriders like Corgis and Dachsunds. I think there are risks no matter what diet you feed your pets. Look at the ailments o! ur pets are acquiring these days allergies diabetes tooth and gum disease and cancer. I think nutrition is your best preventative medicine and I have the vet records to prove it. Strasburg impressive in USAs 70 win over the Netherlands USA Today

Hours after a gut wrenching ninth inning loss to South Korea in its Olympic opener and with ever dangerous Cuba up next the USA played what amounted to a must win game against the Netherlands on Thursday at Wukesong Baseball Stadium. GAME REPORT United States Netherlands GOING FOR GOLD More from Beijing Manager Davey Johnson s plan of action Hand the ball to the college kid. And Stephen Strasburg a right hander from San Diego State delivered. The lone collegian on a team of professionals Strasburg pitched no hit ball for innings in Team USA s win. The game was called after eight innings and two lengthy rain delays. He s got a great career ahead of him Johnson said. He s the best I ve seen at that young age and I ve had a lot of good ones. The only hit against Strasburg was a clean line drive single to right by cleanup hitter Sharnol Adriana. Strasburg finished with strikeouts third most by a U.S. pitcher in Olympic competition. Strasburg is no stranger to the strikeout. He f! anned University of Utah hitters in a game in April a performance that solidified his status with big league scouts many of whom consider Strasburg a strong candidate to be the first pick in next year s draft. I m extremely impressed said Chicago Cubs scout Ed Lynch. Obviously the stuff is there but it s the way he commands his pitches his mound presence. He works quickly. You can tell when the catcher sets up on certain parts of the plate he s able to hit the glove. Even without an minute rain delay Johnson said he wouldn t have let Strasburg pitches come out for the eighth inning even if he was still pitching a no hitter. He s too valuable an arm Johnson said. He had a long season with his college team. He was done for me. Strasburg said the no hitter was a non factor. It wasn t on my mind at all he said. I just focus on the next hitter. Matt LaPorta one of the key players in the trade last month that sent pitcher CC Sabathia from the Cleveland Indians to the Milwaukee Br! ewers blasted a three run homer to left and doubles by John Gall and Jason Donald staked Strasburg to a lead. It was when the Dutch team loaded the bases with no outs in the ninth against right hander Blaine Neal. Then the rain intensified. After waiting the required minutes officials called the game the score reverting to the eighth inning. A protest by the Netherlands was disallowed. Copyright The Associated Press. Forex merchandiser software is becoming very commonly used by millions of people all over the world.

The first thing you should make sure it has is a reasonable price. I would not pay anything over $150 for forex trader software of any kind-hearted. I think around $100 is what you should aim for. I have heard of products that charge hundreds of dollars per month just for their service! Earnings can be very height with forex trading, but that is a lot of money to pay.

The second thing that I can tell you to check out, as an experienced trader, is narcotic addict testimonials. Scroll through the product page and make sure that people are posting positive reviews of the salesperson software. If people are happy with it, you can feel comfortable that you are getting a quality product.

Quirky Game Promises to Please

Quirky Game Promises to Please I m officially a year late with this game . Not this game specifically since it is an expansion but I m a year past the original being released. Please forgive me. Apparently I m not the only one who s just now getting around to this game. Since my PC dislikes anything more intense than Sims and I don t have a the chances of me playing the original are pretty bleak but I m cool with that. Overlord Raising Hell is set to hit June th and I m willing to wait and obsessively play the demo. Raising Hell is Overlord s foray into the world of the PS and from what I played today I m going to thoroughly enjoy this game. From the start the humor reminded me of MediEvil . The game has a dark quirky thing going on that really appeals to me and while the camera angles had a habit of annoying me there s just something cathartic about sicking your minions on a flock of fluffy white sheep or roasting bad guys like suckling pigs . This is one demo that I had my! qualms about based solely on the title and the fact that I was completely oblivious to the prior title s moderate success. Expect to hear more about this game in upcoming weeks. I have a feeling that it might be habit forming. Carrigan s sister Jennifer and her friend Steven Furtado had been found dead Sunday afternoon inside the family s home. Jennifer Carrigan s mother found the pair in her daughter s bedroom. Early reports said the couple both had gone to prom the night earlier but Sgt. Greg Hagwood said there was no indication they went to the high school dance. Freedom or Power Whats Your Will

In our movement toward wholeness and maturity perhaps the most fundamental challenge and our goal is the acceptance and embrace of our freedom. To live as sovereign individuals so that our highest authority is our own sense of what is right and knowing that we hold the wisdom to assess for ourselves the particulars of a situation means that we fully trust ourselves and are willing to stand alone if and when necessary. Since creative people are so often ahead of their time we must really know as an experience deep in our bodies that our assessments of relationships are right and this deep inner knowledge gives us the courage to be harbingers of what may one day also be discovered by the masses. Galileo knew he was right Blake knew Einstein knew Walt Whitman . . . the great ones knew. This type of innate knowledge comes through the experiences of intuition inspiration epiphany and insight. These are spiritual experiences understanding moves through you energetically so that yo! u see something and feel the rightness of it at the same time. This spirituality is fresh and personal it exists apart from any particular theology or ideology. Sadly living without a personal spiritual connection to life and the freedom it supports is the grim lot of most people. Lives lacking a genuine experiential spiritual foundation tend to oscillate between controlling others and being controlled. Without the spiritual ground of experience which is the very will of freedom the prospect of freedom is just too much for people and power is the woeful tether by which they aim to feel secure. Erich Fromm s Escape from Freedom explores the widespread aversion to freedom and persuades us that sadomasochistic tendencies underpin it. It is always the inability to stand the aloneness of one s individual self that leads to the drive to enter into a symbiotic relationship with someone else. It is evident from this why masochistic and sadistic trends are always blended with each o! ther. Although on the surface they seem contradictions they are essentially rooted in the same basic need. People are not sadistic or masochistic but there is a constant oscillation between the active and the passive side of the symbiotic complex so that it is often difficult to determine which side of it is operating at a given moment. In both cases individuality and freedom are lost. Later in his book Fromm relates that these destructive tendencies to escape from freedom result from the thwarting of the individual s sensuous emotional and intellectual expansiveness in childhood. These perversions are the torque our spirits take from the suppression of our exuberance curiosity and creative will in childhood and which can continue all our lives. By continuing to suppress our natural tendencies to explore move and stretch our bodies imagine try things out and invent we perpetuate our pain and give rise to yet another generation of frustrated human beings stuck on a see saw of power relations. Here s the remedy reactivation of our creative and e! xpressive pleasures goes straight to the root of perversions of spirit that we witness in our lives and our societies. Encouraging our children and each other to to spend more time puttering and tinkering with things out of curiosity creativity and imaginative play fostering our spiritual connection to life through observation meditation and the many means that help us to do this and providing ourselves with the conditions for the experience of intuition inspiration epiphany and insight will all feed the hope of a new humanity that has the courage for real freedom.
